MARS | Café & Bar, as the silent green Kulturquartier's in-house gastronomy, provides the culinary catering and bars at all events. It also forms a communicative hub of the place, where everyone and everything comes together: Weekdays for lunch, weekends for brunch, afternoons for coffee & cake or evenings for hearty snacks or drinks.

Over the years, the weekly lunch and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays have become the mainstays of the MARS kitchen and regularly attract tenants and friends, the neighbourhood and other enthusiasts to Wedding. The dinner evenings are now to be added to the programme again.

JJan Körner and his team led by Head of Sales and Production Management Laura Leiss, chef Max Leonhard and service manager Nicolas Bach place special emphasis here on green and holistic as well as artisanal and local. They regularly make use of the herbs and vegetables from our own rooftop garden.

MARS is an integral part of the cultural operation, with all income flowing back into the preservation of the place and the production of artistic and cultural projects.

In addition to the event and restaurant business, MARS offers individual catering and culinary services for event formats of all kinds.
