About us

MARS | Café & Bar is the gastronomic heart of silent green Kulturquartier. A little hidden in the side wing of the building, it offers peace from everyday life and a place to relax and linger with lunch, café, evening snacks and weekend brunch.

The MARS kitchen serves a weekly lunch menu and brunch on weekends. Jan Körner and his team led by Head of Sales and Production Management Laura Leiss, chef Max Leonhard and service manager Nicolas Bach place special emphasis here on green and holistic as well as artisanal and local. They regularly make use of the herbs and vegetables from our own rooftop garden.

In the afternoon, MARS offers a varied selection of pastries and cakes, while in the evenings the MARS bar is open for drinks and and the kitchen serves savoury snacks.
